Riley
Are you a take-charge, active dynamo? If so, we've got just the dog for you! Riley is a powerhouse. He is a chocolate lab/pitbull mix and he came to us because his owner could not manage his energy level. He needs vigorous exercise every day and calm, consistent leadership. He also needs a home with no children under 12 and no cats. If you fit the bill or if you know someone who does, please meet Riley.
Kita
Kita was adopted when she was a kitten and then returned to us when her
owner died. She has an independent side, but she also enjoys being petted
and having her chin scratched. She is playful, too; bring out the string
toys and she'll jump and "chirp" until she catches it. Come visit Kita and
see how playful she can be. Kita has been with us since August 2009.
Fozzie and Pistachio
Fozzie and Pistachio are a pair of bonded female rabbits. They are both
spayed. They came to us from another local shelter last May and have been
waiting for a home since then. Rabbits are social animals and do best with a
friend, so this pair is ready to settle in to a permanent home.
