The Bob & Pat Ragan Humane Education Fund was established to support educational programs and activities that teach people of all ages about animal welfare and the important role that animals, including wildlife, play in our lives. The fund enables League staff to talk to school groups, Scouts, and other audiences about topics like pet overpopulation, responsible pet ownership, preparing pets for a new baby, bite prevention, coexisting with urban wildlife, and many other important issues affecting animals and people.
