Caroline was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She graduated in May 2018 from The University of Virginia with a degree in Biology, specializing in environmental and biological conservation. During school, she volunteered with Rockfish Wildlife Sanctuary where she found she loved working with wildlife. After graduating she transitioned to a wildlife rehabilitator position with RWS. In the fall of 2018, she started at the Wildlife Center of Virginia working at the front desk. In 2020 Caroline moved back to NOVA and is excited to continue her passion for working with animals with AWLA. Caroline shares her home with her partner, Sadie a Blue Heeler/Border Collie/Australian Shephard mix, and cat Minerva (Minnie for short).
