About Me

Amy & Timothy’s foster dad told us: “These seriously sweet super-seniors are looking for a relaxed home where they can live out their golden years enjoying window views and lots of love and affection from someone special. Amy is the more spry and active of the two and could easily fool you to think she is ten years younger than she actually is. She enjoys playtime and toys, and has no issue hopping up onto a sofa or chair for snuggles and craves to be held and petted in the evenings. Timothy, on the other hand, is much more subdued and relaxed. He sleeps the better part of the day but perks up for food, head scritches, and has started exploring and meowing for more attention. Both of these cats are as sweet as can be. They simply love to be loved.”

Amy & Timothy’s favorite things are: soft and warm blankets or pillows, bird watching, wand & spring toys, fishy canned food, and Churu or temptations treats.
But they aren’t so into loud noises and lots of action. These two are super seniors and seek to spend most of their days relaxing and getting loved on.
Their special talents are: both of them are quite vocal and Amy will play like a much younger kitten if engaged. She also loves to be held!
Their perfect day would be: snoozes and scritches, naptime and nuzzling, and little strolls around the house to sit in the sun or look out a window.
If Amy & Timothy were an ice cream flavor, they would be: Vanilla Caramel Swirl. Both of these animals have gorgeous white base coats with swirls of caramel patchwork throughout.
Important facts about Amy & Timothy: While Amy is super engaged and affectionate, it will take a little bit of time for Timothy to come out of his safe space and engage. Amy and Timothy are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. You can see additional pictures and videos at @livelongandfostercats on Instagram.

*They have not met children or dogs whilst in our care, but have successfully coexisted and played with our 4mo foster kittens. Our team is happy to discuss these topics during your appointment.*

If you are interested in adopting Amy, please send an email to livelongandfostercats@gmail.com to arrange an initial virtual meet & greet with the pet’s foster parent or a staff member. They will reply to you within 24-48 hours.
