At 9 years old, Benji is the definition of a gentle, loving companion. This incredibly sweet boy enjoys being around people and seems eager to make friends with everyone he meets. Whether he’s spending time with his favorite people or greeting someone new, Benji’s kind personality always shines through.
Benji is heartworm positive and will need a family committed to helping him through treatment and recovery. Through it all, he remains a sweet, affectionate dog who is ready to find a loving home.
One of Benji’s favorite things in the world is going for walks. He loves getting outside, taking in all the sights and smells, and enjoying time with his people. A nice walk is the perfect way to make this happy guy’s day.
Benji enjoys having company and likes being part of the family. He’s the kind of dog who is content simply being near the people he loves, whether that’s relaxing at home or heading out for a stroll together.
