Livia

Livia has a hard-knocks story but has kept a soft heart and sweet spirit despite her rough start in life. She is a young cat (3-ish years old), very petite, and has lots of love to give. She is generous with purrs and head bumps, and loves scratches (literally anywhere) more than anything else in the world. Her kind soul did not fare well on the streets and she contracted FIV before being rescued while pregnant; so will need to go to a home without other cats or only other FIV+ cats. She has been a sweet and caring momma to her (recent but thankfully last) litter of five beautiful kittens, who have taught her how to play!
She is particularly attached to one kitten, Claudius, so is seeking a home with him as a bonded pair.

Livia is looking for a special home that is open to those that deserve a chance to be forever loved. She loves pets, kisses, and being carried over the shoulder, but hasn't warmed up to sitting in laps yet…she prefers lying next to you, leaning against your leg instead. She is shy at first with new people.
