About Me

Speedy's foster family told us: “While initially weary of his new surroundings, within a couple of days he was asking for pets and rolling over on his back for belly rubs. He not only purrs when he is happy but drools – a lot! He is not a picky eater and loves treats! I thought he would never be a lap cat but he is curled up on top of me now. He is definitely a night owl and loves to get out of his room overnight and run around. In the morning he heads back to his room and sleeps the day away.”

Speedy's favorite things are: Chin scritches, head scratches and belly rubs (really – it is a little weird)
But he is not so into: being held or picked up
His special talents are: hiding – he is really bad at seeking
His perfect day would be: sitting in a sunny window watching the world go by

If Speedy was an ice cream flavor, he would be: Rocky Road – lots of surprises await you

Important facts about Speedy: He is a shy cat – he does not like quick movements or loud noises so he would probably do best in a house without young children. While they are not chummy our young cat and Speedy get along and have even shared a window sill.

Speedy has not met young children or dogs whilst in our care. Our team is happy to discuss these topics during your virtual appointment.*
