Once Raleigh feels comfortable, her loving personality shines through. She forms meaningful bonds and enjoys the quiet joy of being near her people. She’s looking for a calm, understanding home that will let her build confidence at her own pace and show her that the world is a safe, happy place. Because of this, our staff recommends older children who can understand her body language.
