The H.E.L.P. Program (Housing Emergency Lifeline for Pets) offers Arlington County or Falls Church City residents experiencing a health or housing crisis (i.e. unexpected hospitalization, house fire, etc.) short-term housing for their pet. Residents must have an annual household income of less than $60,000.
