Brian Drzewiecki is President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of C5MI, a supply chain transformation and SAP-based technology consulting firm. In this role, Mr. Drzewiecki oversees enterprise strategy, operational execution, and growth initiatives as the company advances its mission to deliver next-generation digital supply chain solutions to global industrial, logistics, and federal/Department of Defense clients.
Prior to joining C5MI, Mr. Drzewiecki served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Research Innovations Inc. (RII), a high-growth GovCon technology firm supporting software engineering, cyber operations, and command-and-control systems for U.S. and Five Eyes national security customers.
Throughout his career, Mr. Drzewiecki has led over $3 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, driving operational transformation, financial performance, and long-term enterprise value creation. Mr. Drzewiecki has trusted relationships across the Department of Defense and with major defense contractors.
