Kate is the Deputy Human Resources Director at the Institute for Defense Analyses, a nonprofit organization that provides objective research and analysis to support national security and public policy decision-making. Kate is a 2025 graduate of Leadership Alexandria and is deeply committed to community engagement and public service. Outside of work, she is a competitive Olympic weightlifter and a strong advocate for animal welfare. Kate and her partner Dan live in Arlington with their cat, Chandler, and their dog, Callie.
