Rich McKinless is a retired finance professional who currently volunteers with various community organizations. He retired in 2012 as a partner after 32 years with KPMG LLP, where he served various tax exempt clients in education, advocacy, and social services. After retiring from KPMG, Rich joined Attain Partners as a Senior Director providing part time consulting services from 2013-2024. Mr. McKinless has been a member of a number of philanthropic boards, including Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, National Kidney Foundation of the National Capital Area, Alldredge Family Foundation, The Orphan Foundation, University of Virginia Alumni Association, and SavingTeens in Crisis Collaborative.
Rich and his wife Kathy have four children, four grandchildren, and reside in Arlington with their calico named Smore.
