Meet Pixie
Pixie is an extremely sweet young pup who is just beginning her adolescent journey-a time full of growth, learning, and personality! She has a gentle nature and so much love to give, but like many dogs her age, she’s still figuring out the world around her.
Pixie may do best in a home with fewer thresholds to navigate, such as enclosed hallways or stairwells, while she builds confidence moving through new spaces. With time and encouragement, she’s sure to grow more comfortable and brave.
As she continues to develop her play skills, Pixie would thrive in a household without young children, where she can learn at her own pace in a calmer environment.
With patience, consistent guidance, and thoughtful management, Pixie has all the potential to become a well-mannered and wonderful companion. She would greatly benefit from adopters who are willing to learn about adolescent dogs and enroll her in a positive reinforcement-based training class to help her succeed.
