Raleigh!
She has a lot of personality in a small frame. She’s still dipping her toes in the sea of life, while looking for her human support system. As a transfer from rural community she is still learning how to adapt to her new environment. She enjoys nature walks and quiet moments sunbathing near her human friends. A day full of treats, sniff walks, and one sided fetch are top tier. While enjoying pets she is still learning to control her excitement when meeting new people.
Raleigh was treated for a pretty severe skin infection which has caused her some handling sensitivity. For this reason we are looking for a home with older children that will respect her body language. We have seen her play with several dogs and would do fine living with a dog that matches her play style.
