About Me
Meet Star
Star is a gentle, sensitive soul who’s still learning that the world is a safe and happy place. In new or busy environments especially ones with lots of noise and activity she may seem a bit fearful at first. Because of this, her future family should be prepared to give her time, patience, and understanding as she settles in.
Much of Star’s hesitation shows up during walks, where the sights and sounds of a more urban setting can feel overwhelming. To help her succeed, her adopters should plan to keep walks short and low-pressure in the beginning, gradually building her confidence as she starts to feel more secure. With time, trust, and a consistent routine, Star has the potential to grow into a more confident and relaxed companion.
While she’s adjusting, her exercise and enrichment needs can easily be met in other ways like interactive play, puzzle toys, and calm bonding time at home. These activities will not only keep her happy but also help strengthen her connection with her new family.
Once Star feels safe, her sweet and loving personality truly begins to shine. She’s the kind of dog who will form a deep bond with her people and reward their patience with quiet affection and loyalty.
If you’re willing to go at her pace and give her the reassurance she needs, Star will be a truly special companion who blossoms beautifully in your care.
