Teddy

Teddy is an 8-year-old gentleman with a big personality and plenty of love to share with the right person. When he feels comfortable he will allow petting with consent and interactive play with some enrichment items.

Like many mature cats, Teddy appreciates relationships that develop at his pace. He can become easily overstimulated and may let you know when he’s had enough attention by giving clear signals that he needs a little space. Because of this, Teddy is looking for a cat-savvy adopter who understands feline body language and respects his boundaries.

Teddy enjoys tasty treats, food puzzles, cozy beds, and having quiet places where he can relax and observe the world around him. He thrives in a calm, predictable environment and can be sensitive to stressful situations. When stressed, he may have occasional litter box challenges, but he does best when given consistency, patience, and understanding.

While Teddy isn’t the type of cat who wants constant handling, he enjoys being near his people and forming connections on his own terms. Watching him grow comfortable and seeing his affectionate side emerge is incredibly rewarding.
