Welcome to the Animal Welfare League of Arlington’s Calendar Contest Fundraiser! This is your chance to make your pet a local celebrity, with their photo on the cover of our 2018 calendar! Each photo entry and vote equals life-saving funds that care for animals in need. Last year, you helped us raise $46,000 in just one month – let’s see if we can beat that number this year and raise even more for homeless animals. So get your cameras out, get your pets glammed up, and get snapping! May the cutest pet win!
Everyone’s a winner! Every photo entered into the AWLA Calendar Contest will be featured in our 2018 calendar.
GRAND PRIZE (1)
This year, the pet with the most votes will win our Grand Prize:
- Your pet’s photo on the cover of our 2018 calendar!
- A professional photo-shoot with Jeremy Robbin Photography.
- A feature on the inside cover of the calendar with photos from your professional photo-shoot.
- Your pet’s photo (or video) featured on the home-page of our website for three months.
- Your pet’s photo printed, framed, and hung on our “Winner’s Wall” in the AWLA lobby!
1st Place Prize (12)
The top 12 pet photos with the most votes (after the grand prize winner) will be featured as “Pet of the Month” with an above-the-fold half page placement.
2nd Place Prize (24)
The next 24 pets with the highest votes (after Grand Prize and 1st place winners) will be featured with an above-the-fold, quarter page placement.

The remaining pets will be featured throughout the calendar. No matter how many votes your pet received, they will be a part of the calendar!
The entry fee for each photo is $25 and 1 vote = $1. Please check the contest website for more information and to enter!
