It’s back, and it’s bigger and better than ever! It’s time to submit your pet’s photo in the 2017 AWLA Calendar Contest. This year, every photo that is entered in the contest will be featured in the calendar. Everyone’s a winner! Each submission is $25, and after that, every $1 donation counts as one vote, (minimum of five votes). Submission and voting begins on June 1, 2016 at 12pm and ends June 30, 2016 at 12pm. All pets, regardless of whether they were adopted from AWLA are welcome in our Calendar Contest!
When you enter your pet and vote in the 2017 Calendar Contest, you are directly supporting the thousands of animals that AWLA shelters each year, as well as the many programs and services AWLA offers to the community.
GRAND PRIZE
The top entries in the Dog, Cat, and Small Companion Animal Categories will have their pets’ likenesses incorporated in a mural that will be installed on the side of the shelter! This mural image will also act as the calendar cover. Each top pet will also be featured on the first inside page of the calendar.
The 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th place entry in each category will win a half-page slot as a “Pet of the Month.” Each photo entry after the top 12 will be placed in the calendar in order of the number of votes.
