Jay is the Managing Principal of his own consulting firm, DMV Strategic Advisors, LLC. He also has two roles within the George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government, as an Adjunct Professor and as Co-Coordinator of the Regional Elected Officials Initiative. Jay served on the Arlington County Board from 1998 -2017, serving as Chair or Vice-Chair for 10 of those years.
