Lisa Fikes is the President & CEO of the Leadership Center for Excellence (LCE). Since Lisa started at LCE in 2016. (then leading the Volunteer Arlington program), Volunteer Arlington has grown to partner with more than 250 local nonprofit and County organizations. Lisa has previously served with St. John’s Episcopal Church in McLean, Va., fostering relationships and dual learnings with local middle school students and members of the church across social, racial, generational, and cultural distinctions. Lisa enjoys her time as part of the APAH’s Community Progress Network, Inter-Service Club Council, and the Arlington Chamber’s Community Action Committee. She and her husband, David, reside in Falls Church and are the proud parents of daughter, Harper.
