Rich McKinless currently serves as a Senior Director with Attain LLC, where his consulting focuses on assisting charitable organizations in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, and governance. Rich joined Attain after 32 years with KPMG, where he retired as a partner in 2012 following a career serving the firm’s not-for-profit sector clients.
Mr. McKinless has been a member of a number of philanthropic boards, including Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, National Kidney Foundation of the National Capital Area, Alldredge Family Foundation, The Orphan Foundation, University of Virginia Alumni Association, and SavingTeens in Crisis Collaborative.
Rich and his wife Kathy have four children and reside in Arlington with their calico S’more.
