Kelley is originally from northern Virginia and grew up with a love and passion for animals. She has worked in animal shelters in multiple jurisdictions, starting out as an animal care technician before becoming an Animal Control Officer in Alexandria. She then went on to work in animal care at Virginia Beach and most recently worked as an Animal Control Officer for Newport News Animal Services. In her personal life she shares a small farm with her girlfriend, two kids, chickens, ducks, dogs, a pig, and 2 goats.
